Good. I hope he is fired up, we need that kind of passion and intensity from our big men. If a player comes down the lane and is worried he is going to get slammed like the glass panes of a door then all the better! I think that incident was blown way out of proportion. Since Charles Barkley left we Phoenix Suns fans have come to expect our players to perfect upstanding citizens. It’s kind of ridiculous, don’t get me wrong I like not reading about our players shooting themselves in the leg, taking their shirts off for a TV show or sleeping with every single blonde in the world. But come on! Let a guy blow off some steam. From valleyofthesuns.com; “Obviously, I feel a little bit of remorse for my actions,” Lopez said. “I want to apologize for my actions, mostly to the janitor. I think that what happened yesterday hasn’t really been an issue on the court. It happened, it’s over with. Everybody has days like that. It’s human. It’s not a big deal in the big scheme of things. I’ve got to be responsible for my actions.” Awesome, sorry for the janitor. Robin Lopez just needs to channel that frustration into blocks and dominating the paint on the defensive end.
